My recommendation would be Wendy Siltamaki. She's a fantastic realtor. My mother in law bought her house with her. My wife and I bought and sold our first home with her.
She also got a good fit for my in laws from southern Ontario. Very responsive and pretty no BS.
She's probably better at assisting with the purchase opposed to a sale, but thats probably across the board. That can also not be entirely fair though as our starter was very niche. 900 sq ft one floor type deal. So it either fit the bill or it didn't.
Nonetheless for a readily available realtor go with her. Imo. She's upfront and very experienced.
